The fix is in with groups like this—you know that they are again in the process of bilking the city for $1500 each time a utility box “art wrap” is applied in the DDA district, paid for with DDA tax dollars (read: dollars skimmed from the general fund)? I’m sure that’s no conflict of interest, just happens that AA Executive Director Deb Polich is married to DDA Board member Russ Collins. What’s even more appalling is the presence on the Arts Alliance Board of Mike “Token” Henry. Did he or anyone else proof-read this publication for diversity?
